Wade is a brilliant Engineer who loves to solve problems. In his youth, he was a nationally rated chess player. Those years of strategizing and solving complex problems within a set of rules with a defined goal have made him a brilliant Engineer. However, his skills have matured far beyond just the technical side. He understands that the first step to solving problems, personal or professional, is to listen and ask questions. Wade is able to utilize both of these strengths to arrive at the best solutions.
