California Consumer Privacy Act The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) outlines specific requirements for companies that correlate with consumer rights over their personal data. If a user fills out our "contact form" or "request a quote form", the information that they provide will be emailed to our staff and used to contact you, respond to your inquiry, and provide services in alignment with our business.

For privacy reasons, we may require photo ID in order to receive your file. We are legally required to respond within 45 days of your inquiry and disclose all information in your file.

Right to be Forgotten. You have the right to request that we delete any and all personal data from our system. Opt-out of Data Sales and Marketing. CULP & TANNER INC. STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS will never sell your information for any reason without prior approval.
