Besides being an exceptional engineer and a collaborative problem solver, Matt has a unique ability to work with others. He loves people and is exceptional at listening well and translating that information into efficient action.
Whether he is interfacing with clients, consulting with his peers, or participating in the training of new engineers, Matt’s enthusiasm, honesty and genuine respect for others makes him an incredible asset to our team.

Greatest Accomplishments:
- Personally: For however much credit I can take for it, my family is my biggest personal accomplishment. I have an amazing wife and three fantastic sons, and I am so thankful for them.
- Professionally: Professionally, it’s been very rewarding over the last few years to be able to pour into and help train up some of the younger engineers at Culp & Tanner. They have grown immensely in their capabilities and to see them develop their skills and a feel for design is exciting to be a part of.
- Biggest Pet Peeve: Toilet paper that goes under is just wrong. Over… this is the Way.
