He is excellent at utilizing his incredible technical skills to produce high quality work, as well as delegating tasks and developing Engineers-in-Training. Jim is loyal to the company and its clients and is part of what makes this company a leader in the industry.

Greatest Accomplishments:
- Personally: Raising a daughter during some tough times who became a better person than myself.
- Professionally: Returning to college as an older student and getting a Civil Engineering degree then getting professional licenses as a Land Surveyor, Civil Engineer and Structural Engineer.
- Biggest Pet Peeve: People who sit on exercising machines at the gym staring at their phones.
- My motto is: Keep your head down and just keep swinging!
