Garret is great at asking questions in order to gain full understanding before making any major decisions. He has an ability to analyze complex problems and provide solutions that consider both the client and the contractor. Garret is gregarious around the office, which brings a sense of levity to those around him. As a young engineer, his strengths bring a lot to the table of Culp and Tanner’s future engineering staff.
