Darren began his career with Culp and Tanner as a detailed plan checker and followed the path of leadership up to Senior Structural Engineer, eventually assuming the role of owner in 2021. He leads by example through his values of excellence, hard work, and respect for others. He is passionate about creating an office where the staff feel cared for beyond their professional needs, where personal lives and family are held in high regard, and where everyone from staff to clients are treated with love, compassion and respect. Darren has dedicated himself, as well as his company to setting the industry standard in Loyalty, Excellence, Aggressive design and Dependability.
